Q: What forms of payment do you accept?
A: I accept payments from your PayPal account, or from your bank card via the PayPal system. Even if you don’t have an account with PayPal and don’t want to set one up, you can still use their payment clearing system to send money using your credit card.

I will also accept a check, although I will wait until 48 hours after it clears before shipping your order. Your order will arrive much sooner if you use PayPal.

Q: Do you accept returns?
A: I am happy to say that so far no one has ever wanted to return one of my products, but if for any reason you aren’t completely satisfied with your order, please contact me right away. If there is an error with your order, then I will do my utmost to correct it. If you have simply changed your mind about the item, then you can return it provided it is still in original condition and unused. I will refund the amount of your purchase. Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our part.

Q: Do you take custom orders?
A: I am so glad you asked! Yes, I accept custom orders. You may choose one of my original designs, or if you have very specific needs in terms of bag dimensions, numbers of pockets, other details, I will work with you to create exactly what you want. Please note that depending on the complexity of the order, your purse may take six to eight weeks to arrive, and I do ask a 50% deposit on the order before I begin working on it.
