- I accept payment through PayPal or by check.
Please note that you do not need a PayPal Account to pay for your items through PayPal:
You can choose the PayPal Option during checkout. After you submit your order click the “Pay Now” button. Scroll Down and you will see the option to pay with a Credit or Debit Card WITHOUT having to sign up for a PayPal account.
- Your order will be shipped 48 hours after your payment has cleared.
- If you have any issues at all with the payment processing, please let me know right away so that I may assist you.
- I ship all packages by USPS. When your order is shipped, I will email you a tracking number so you will know exactly when to expect your order. Please allow 7-10 days from shipping to receive your order.
- Priority, and Express/overnight shipping is available by request. Contact me and I will calculate the cost of expedited shipping for you.
- I am not responsible for packages lost or damaged by the USPS. If you would like to add insurance to the package, please let me know and I will calculate the rate for you.
- If you live in Lexington-Fayette County, Kentucky, please ask me about local delivery options. Applies only to zip codes within Lexington-Fayette County.
- Custom orders are available for all my purse designs. You may send me the fabric you prefer I use, or select from what I have on hand, or I will make the selections for you and create a unique handcrafted bag, assembled to your specifications.
- A deposit of 50% of the total price is required before I begin making your custom item.
- Allow six (6) to eight (8) weeks from the time you place a custom order until you receive the order.
- Your completed custom order will be shipped 48 hours after the balance of your payment has cleared.
Refunds and Exchanges
- I am happy to say that so far no one has ever wanted to return one of my products, but if for any reason you aren’t delighted with your order, please do contact me right away.
- If there is an error with your order, then I will do my utmost to correct it.
- If you have simply changed your mind about the item, then you can return it postmarked within 2 weeks of receiving your order, provided it is still in original condition and unused, and I will refund the amount of your purchase.
- Shipping costs cannot be refunded unless there is an error on our part.
